Molly Mish, named new Whitehall Branch Manager, AVP

Whitehall, WI, May 28, 2025 - First National Bank and Trust Company is excited to announce Molly Mish, the new Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President (AVP) at the Whitehall location. Molly's journey with the bank is a testament to her dedication, passion and remarkable growth within the organization.

Molly joined First National Bank and Trust Company in August 2022 as a universal banker, despite having no prior banking experience. Her commitment and drive quickly became evident, and in just two and a half years, she has risen to the position of Branch Manager, AVP. Molly's success is further highlighted by her recent graduation from the company's internal leadership development program entitled, Transformational Leader Academy (TLA), an achievement she is incredibly proud of. Reflecting on her experience, Molly shared, "It has been such an amazing experience to go through this academy with fellow coworkers and to know that the company has a whole program dedicated to its leaders and how we develop."

Molly's approach to banking is deeply rooted in building strong relationships with clients and making a positive impact within the community. She values the inspiration, encouragement, excitement and support that First National Bank and Trust Company offers, describing it as an unmatched energy that fuels her passion for her work.

Originally from Alma Center, Wisconsin, Molly graduated from Lincoln High School in 2021. She now resides in Whitehall, where she continues to volunteer for various events and activities throughout the community. Molly's journey with the bank began just three months after having her daughter, in search of a career change. Looking back, she never imagined the opportunities that would come her way by accepting the universal banker position. "The people throughout this company are unlike anyone else I have ever worked alongside," Molly remarked, emphasizing the unique and supportive workplace culture.

As Molly steps into her new role, she added, "I look forward to growing impact within the community and continuing to serve the small towns we all admire so much." Her story is an inspiring example of how dedication, passion and a supportive work environment can lead to remarkable achievements.

Molly and her husband, Montana have three young children and two chocolate labs. They enjoy a variety of family activities, including fishing, boating, snowmobiling and movie nights.

Molly's commitment to her community extends beyond her role as branch manager. She is a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the Hale Fire Department, a role she finds incredibly fulfilling. Additionally, she is actively involved with the local Whitehall Chamber and is a member of both the Osseo Evangelical Lutheran Church and Chimney Rock Lutheran Church. Molly's dedication to volunteering and community service is a reflection of her desire to give back and make a difference.
