First National Bank employee accepts award from Clinton

First National Bank and Trust Company awarded Large Business of the Year for second consecutive year

Clinton, IL, March 14, 2023 – First National Bank and Trust Company was awarded ‘Large Business of the Year’ for the second year in a row at the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce annual dinner held at The Georgia Jill earlier this month. The business of the year awards are voted on by chamber members via a membership survey.

Additionally, First National Bank and Trust Company President, Josh Shofner was recognized for his six years of service on the chamber board which included two years as chamber board president. He was presented a certificate by board president, Jared White. Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce also recognized retired Executive Director, Marian Brisard for her many years of service and commitment to the community.

Additional winners included Mariah’s Mums and More as 'Small Business of the Year', Save-A-Lot as ‘Medium Business of the Year' and The Vault as ‘Nonprofit of the Year.’
